Nation: Rally Organisers Must be Prepared to face the consequences
On Monday, the verdict on Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial would be revealed by the High Court. If convicted, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim faces up to 20 years jail time and whippping. Azmin Ali took this opportunity to organise the Free Anwar 901 rally at the Court Complex car park as part of his support to the opposition leader. However, Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz warns the organiser that they are to comply with the polices' condition if they want the rally on Monday to go on smoothly. Even though the police had agreed to let the assembly take place, Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz personally feels that this rally is an attempt to influence the jury's decision.

Education: Get Local Experts to Fix English Woes
Whilst Malaysians have been educated in the English language for many years, many still fail to master fluency in this language. The question of why the situation is as such is brought up for investigation. We have formal education in the language and are constantly exposed to this language. Is it our education system failing or other reasons that we have fail to learn this language? The Education Ministry is certainly trying its best and credit must be given. However, it is time to take initiative, and develop a holistic solution for this problem.
