The AGM is held for the following purposes:
• To receive a review by the committee board of their service in office,
• To reveal the financial status as of 3rd Dec 2013,
• To propose amendments to and ratification of the constitution,
• To elect the executive committee for the academic year 2013/2014,
• To consider and, if thought fit, pass any motion made.
There would be elections for the following positions:
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Project Directors (x3)
• Corporate Relations Director
• Public Relations & Sports Director
• Media & Communications Director

Please be reminded that candidates are required to submit a one-page manifesto to lsesumc@gmail.com by 27 November 2013 (Wednesday), 11.59pm. Please submit it in jpeg format and have the e-mail titled Manifesto.
Candidates are also required to prepare a speech for the AGM. The strict time limit of each speech is dependent on the position applied.
• President and Vice President - 5 minutes
• Others - 3 minutes
