What is the purpose of this AGM?
- To receive a review by the committee members of their service in office and the accounts for the year ended 4th March 2012.
- To propose amendments to and ratification of the constitution.
- To elect a suitable executive committee for the academic year 2012/2013.
- To consider and, if thought fit, pass any motion made.
Who will I be voting for?
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Project Director
- Corporate Relations Director
- Public Relations & Sports Director
- Media and Communications Director
As required, these candidates have submitted a manifesto to the Malaysia Club to let you know why they should be entrusted with leading the society in the coming year. However, all positions are up for nominations prior to the election. If you are interested in any positions, you must have two registered members present, being the Nominator and the Second Nominator.
On fair grounds, given that you have not submitted a manifesto, it is appropriate for you to submit one to lsesumc@gmail.com and we will try our best to have to sent to all our members for consideration before the AGM. The floor will be granted the opportunity to ask you more questions on top of the maximum questions allowed.

Pursuant to Section 13 of the Activities Bye-laws of the LSE Students' Union, to be eligible to vote, members must have been a fully paid member of the society for 48 hours prior to the elections.
