"Lawatan Sambil Belajar" An Insight View

TalentCorp are conducting our "Lawatan Sambil Belajar" An Insight View to Penang this 4th, 5th and 6th September 2012. "Lawatan Sambil Belajar" will take place for 3 days and 2 nights and essentials will be fully funded by TalentCorp ( food, accommodation, transportation, etc).The companies participating are INTEL Corporation, Agilent Malaysia, Silterra Malaysia sdn bhd and Motorola Solutions sdn bhd. We are targeting 40 participants with a prioritize group to be Engineering students, however students from other fields may participate as well.

The purpose of the field trips are for participants to have a hands-on experience on how an actual manufacturing company operates from an inside view of the engineering line and the non-engineering line. Participants would also have the opportunity to network with employers of each company during a networking session between the students and the employers for participants to have a better understanding of the company's profile. Thus, among the leverage points of this programs are:

1. FREE - essentials expenses paid by TalentCorp (Food, Transportation, Accommodation, etc) for program.
2. INTEL Corporation will be conducting interviews for final year students to be shortlisted for job employment.
3. Opportunity to network with employers and build your connections with each company having a networking session with the participants.
4. Having a hands-on experience of an insight view of how an actual company operates.
5. A chance to win a Review Writing Competition and win RM500 and an Ipod Nano.
