Freshers' Dinner
On the 26th of August, LSESU Malaysia Club held Freshers Dinner 2015 in Menara Milenium, the office of EY. This dinner was aimed towards facilitating bonding between freshers and to share information regarding LSE and London in general. A total of 120 people, including seniors, attended the event.
The dinner started with career sharing from representatives of EY, namely Megat Iskandar Shah, (Assurance Partner) and Lee Soo Fern (Talent Partner). Next we had sharings by notable alumni such as Ong Kian Ming, and from student organisations including ICMS, MACFIS and GenCorp.Next, we had a senior-junior interaction session to allow students to get to know one another and answer queries of incoming freshers. The dinner ended on a high note with a massive photo-taking session with all the participants and guests.

Family System
This year, we introduced the family system, which is a platform that allows current Malaysian students to be the "parents" and freshers to be the "children" for the 2015/2016 academic year. This would be an opportunity for juniors to meet seniors who share the same interests that they have, based on the information that they submit to the club. Moreover, the juniors can also seek assistance from the seniors so that they can settle into London easier.
